Return of high quality products
The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before delivery and within 2 days after the goods have been delivered. A return of a high-quality item is possible provided that its appearance, characteristics of Use and proof of purchase are preserved.
Products with individual specifications cannot be returned if they can only be used by the buyer who ordered them.
Defective goods
A defective item is a product that has flaws and cannot fulfill its functional properties. The product received should correspond to the description on the site. Differences in design or design elements in relation to the website description do not constitute a functional defect of the goods.
Defects on technical products may include:
Faulty parts or components
Deviations in specifications from the order
Problems with quality assurance such as damage during transport
Visible damage to parts or surfaces
Incorrect assembly or configuration errors
Delivery problems, where the item does not conform to what was ordered or was delivered in damaged condition
Buyer’s responsibility upon delivery
The recipient must check the condition of the product and ensure that the entire order is intact upon delivery. The delivery confirmation is signed upon receipt of the goods. If a defective item has been delivered and this has not been agreed in advance, the buyer has the right to return or exchange the item within 2 days from delivery.
In the case of distance trading, the exchange of goods can only take place by returning a defective item and placing a new order.
